Most of my recent work lives behind the company firewall, but it’s shaped how managers, employees, and HR partners navigate internal systems, complete critical tasks, and make better, more informed decisions.
I thrive in ambiguity, ask a lot of questions, and work closely with cross‑functional partners to bring clarity to messy problems (and I love a good design workshop 😆).
My background spans a wide range of internal tools across Microsoft HR and CELA, with a focus on accessibility, workflow optimization, and extensibility — plus strong visual design skills, as seen in my Garmin work on highly polished, user‑facing UI.
Outside of work, I love to hike, climb, shoot film photos, and hang out with my pup 🐶.
